This officially licensed Cindy Lou Who costume starts with a heavy-weight jersey knit dress. Hook-and-loop fasteners in the back of the long-sleeve pullover ensure getting dressed is easy. An exaggerated scallop on the hemline, scalloped wrist cuffs, and the coordinating white scalloped collar ensure the dress has the same storybook style as Cindy Lou’s signature look.

Wired antennae attached to a lightweight headband provide wearers with a curly pair to match Cindy Lou. A 3D fiber-filled bow also attached to the headband perfects the accessory.
