The dress has hook loop fastener at the back, making it easy for kids to slip over their heads by themselves. Your kid will love the sparkly skirt that’s flared for twirl-factor. The top is trimmed with white faux fur around the neck and sleeve cuffs. A giant shiny bow is attached to the chest, just like the Cat in the Hat’s.
